Liked: The location was convenient to the Fiserv Forum. We enjoyed the warm cookies when we arrived. The staff was friendly and welcoming. The valet parked our car. The person at the desk ordered a cab for us, and the cab ride was $6.00. The room was clean and comfortable. We enjoyed the buffet breakfast in the morning. The waitress was very nice.
Disliked: Nothing bad.

The attendants at the front desk were so knowledgeable and friendly. Nice grouping of elevators. Convenient location to other venues.
Liked: Warm cookies and valet service.
Disliked: Parking is high priced. The auto set wake up call came an hour early due to time change. No fun getting a 5:20 wake up at 4:20 a.m.!

Would definitely stay again in this hotel; just wouldn't eat in the restaurant. Very friendly reception staff; everything was great BUT the food.
Liked: Clean; quiet room; 3 blocks from concert venue; 3 blocks from freeway. Very comfy bed. Great shower.
Disliked: Don't eat here. Restaurant had 7 people in it Saturday night. We should have known. Very poor quality food; barely warm; chicken dried out; yet $22 all the same.

Great location - was able to walk everywhere I needed to be during my stay. Clean rooms; excellent restaurant. Would recommend this hotel to friends.
Disliked: My only complaint would be that they parked the valet cars in the drive to drop off and pick up patrons and I had to walk around them to get to my taxi to airport. Would not be so bad in the warmer months but in sub-freezing weather not so good.

Liked: Clean; great staff; personable; delicious French Onion Soup and awesome cookies. Valet parking was convenient too. Hotel is kitty corner to the Wisconsin Center- 1 minute walk.

From the moment we walked in we were greeted and treated with friendly and helpful staff. All areas are clean and appealing. The food service is outstanding. We love the convenient location, valet parking and fantastic service. Would return to this location in a heartbeat!

Randall the Assistant Director of Food & Beverage was outstanding. Al at the front desk made sure that our rewards points were active and up to date. Very clean, comfortable place to stay; like home.

Bartender on Tuesday night wasn't very hospitable. Also, my lady loved the cookies!
Liked: Mr. Sam at desk was very helpful.
Disliked: Horrible weather! Blame it on Holiday Inn?!

We were there for the Leonard Cohen concert at the Milwaukee Theater, and it could not have been more convenient. The room was small, but it was clean and had everything we needed. The staff at the front desk and in the grill were very friendly and helpful.
