I got an upgrade on my room because my room wasn’t ready when I got there. Great room with a view of a football pitch - if you love football you would have loved this room. Free cookie which was lovely. Lovely, friendly, helpful staff .
Liked: Free cookie on arrival and upgrade room.
Disliked: Nothing.

The accommodation is above what I would expect for the cost. Although there is ample parking, on this visit I was unable to park close by. A short walk in the rain and minor vandalism to the car.
Liked: Smart; clean; efficient, friendly staff.
Disliked: Parking.

Good stay in Milton Keynes
Liked: Location, ease of booking, big rooms and very clean. Nice breakfast with full menu items
Disliked: Aware not part of hotel - but need to have words with stadium owners for keeping the 4 very large display screens on all night/day when no event was on? Bad for light pollution but waste of energy

MK stadium Hilton
Liked: Nice and clean. Convenient location with plenty of eateries nearby. A short walk to Milton Keynes Bowl.
Disliked: Communication from the hotel has been duplicated several times, checking in details still being sent the day after check out. Unable to use the automated check in online, as it was so glitchy.

Had a great stay, recommend...
Liked: It was close to the national bowl, and had everything we needed in terms of stores and restaurants just outside! The ac was a godsend! Walking into a cool room when it’s 32 degrees outside was bliss! And seeing out onto the football field when exiting our room was really cool.

Expensive, very long walk to...
Liked: • Overall service was given with a genuine smile and care.• Was nice to be given a cookie at check-in. • Hotel held my bag early was I arrived at 12:15pm and check-in wasn't till 3pm was grateful for this as I had a music even to attend that started at 12pm.• The room was nice and big and overall looked lush.• I also liked that the bathroom came with face cloths and a non slip matt for the bath when having a shower.• Bed linen was lovely. 4 pillows was great too.• I very much appreciated that they gave me a refund for breakfast after being told the night before that they definitely would not run out of anything especially hash browns but they had ran out of them.
Disliked: Room:• The room I was given (4070) was a very long 5 minute walk from the restaurant and the entrance. I had to walk around the entire side and a half of the sports arena. There was no mention of this when booking. After being at a music festival and doing over 21k steps, it was truly awful having to walk even further just to get to my room, then out again to the restaurant for food.• The bed was too hard. • There were no instructions on how to use the thermostat. The room was too hot when I came in, then was freezing. Took too much faffing to set it correctly. • Artwork on the wall in the bedroom was awful, looked like an ugly highschool art project. Pitchside Restaurant:Breakfast:• The breakfast buffet was substandard. • No hash browns left at 9:30am on a Monday. • No butter next to the toast machine, meaning if you made toast it would be cold by the time you got any butter, negating the point of melting said butter onto hot toast. I didn't even bother.• No glasses for the juice machines.• Orange juice was warm and tasted too sweet.• Tea mugs were tiny, say half the size of a normal proper tea mug.• Messy empty table tops and buffet counters.• Eggs were fried in 1cm deep oil - this is disturbing. Fried eggs aren't meant to be deep fried. They were slimy and greasy. One barely needs a splash of oil when frying eggs. So not healthy.Dinner:• Restaurant service late on Sunday night took too long. • Half an hour for a pizza and another half an hour for ice-cream.• I asked for a simple side salad to come with the pizza, was never given one.
