There was no free breakfast...

Liked: The hotel was clean, the rooms spacious.
Disliked: There was no free breakfast as advertised. Also they take $150 as a deposit so be prepared to pay that too.

Convenient

Liked: The staff were all friendly and the breakfast was great.
Disliked: Outdated. Water pressure was incredibly weak. Overhead shower head only. Not thoroughly cleaned, taps had mildew and other build up inside. Location is really bad, you can’t go out for a walk to a convenience store, felt very unsafe.

Very disappointed and shocked.

Liked: The lobby was nice and misleading; it gave an impression that the building was updated and clean.
Disliked: It started with trying to open the door to room 422; I had to use my shoulder to open the door and push really hard to close the door. There were burn marks and nail polish on the floor. White headboard was not cleaned. The tank of the toilet had a visible long crack that was glued back together. The television remote control had duck tape keeping the batteries from falling out. Then to conclude our stay the next morning we saw roaches in the bathroom.

Disliked: There were people begging for money by door and at our vehicle. People doing drugs by our vehicle. Did not feel safe.

Liked: The staff at the front desk...very nice and has great customer service skills
Disliked: Ice machine wasnt working ..so i had to keep goijg to another floor...the price for food verses what you get doesn't match... automatic gratuity and for someone who is staying for 3 days or more should receive a dining coupon. Theres so many places around that sells better quality and price... not really catering to those staying in the hotel! 1 meal cost me almost $40 at the end of my bill for 1 person!... I could litterally go to a restaurant and get a full meal for less... chicken tenders 4 of them no fries no sides $13.99 are you serious!!!
