Disliked: Rooms were not the cleanest I?ve seen at this price. Bathroom had a stench to it had to Clorox it myself.

Could have been better

Liked: Ashley, Karen and Denise were awesome. They did everything they could to accommodate.
Disliked: Customer service on Friday night was horrible. The guy Ken had the worst attitude. You tell him anything he cuts you off and raises his voice. We asked about the cookies?he said we don?t make cookies at night. He really need customer service training. Cleanliness, no one came to remove the bath towels all weekend from outside of the door. They told me to put them there but the never came.

Disliked: Room unclean and in poor condition, air was not working sufficiently, dog in the restaurant during breakfast. Furniture in lobby disgusting.

Very good

Liked: Enjoyed the hotel restaurant , it's service and menu tremendously. The hotel was convenient to Beale street and nearby attractions. The lobby is beautiful.The room could be redecorated/upgraded, yet the bed was comfortable.
Disliked: The late night clerk was far and beyond customer service Great, she was very attentive to our needs. Also, Saturday morning 3rd floor room service, he was very helpful and polite. He actually stopped his task to assist immediately with our need. We truly appreciate them both to make our stay comfortable.

Lousy, will never go back

Liked: Breakfast was good but took a LONG time
Disliked: Valet was worst ever. Noisy room, no microwave or fridge in room, bed uncomfortable

The Stay was good and...

Disliked: I did not like that astafff member woke up at 8am to ask what time I was checking out.
