It was comfortable.

Liked: Location was handy to things to do. Staff was friendly. Room was clean.
Disliked: Parking was poor downtown. It was pricey. But everything is in downtown Memphis.

Not So Good.

Liked: The warmth and look of the lobby, and the friendliness of the clerk
Disliked: The room was small and dirty. The toilet looked like it hadn't been cleaned in weeks or even months. Brown and black rings were inside. I wore my slides in the shower, and the bedside tables were dirty. The wall also looked like it had spit wads on it. The room was overall unkempt and very small. For $200. I'm 1000% sure I won't be staying at this location anymore.

Horrific!

Liked: This hotel is highly disappointing for the price. The rooms are small, outdated, and in desperate need of renovations. Cleanliness is a major issue, making the stay uncomfortable. Room 232, like others, lacks basic amenities such as a full-length mirror. The pricing clearly reflects the location rather than the quality of the hotel itself. With rooms that feel more like a budget motel, this stay was far from worth the cost. Would not recommend until major improvements are made.
