Lovely birthday stay and made...

Liked: The location was great and staff went above and beyond. It was my birthday and I was travelling alone, and they bought me up a little gift pack. I was very grateful and felt very special.
Disliked: The only critique I could give is that in the gym, there are not enough attachments for the cable machine. Oh, and at breakfast, you can order eggs to be cooked to your liking, so I asked for hard poached but they failed to do that two mornings in a row. But these are very minor things.

Average visit. Did not meet...

Liked: Coffee machine at breakfast was phenomenal, had several cups of coffee. WiFi has good speed. Good location, just across Flinders Station. Several shops close to the hotel.
Disliked: The bed has small black stains. The view was to the adjacent building/office (expected a city view). No smart TV. The flush to the toilet was behind the toilet cover (hassle to flush for extra movement). Few offerings for breakfast. Shower area only has half divider, prone to splashing in toilet area.
