Good location and good value...

Liked: Booked 2 rooms for a family birthday celebration. Location is excellent right beside Piccadilly Station. Staff very friendly and got us an early check-in. Had food in the restaurant the first night and it was good (if a little limited) and a little pricey.
Disliked: Nothing not too like with the exception that the lifts are a little on the slow side.

Liked: Very clean and tidy. Great central location. Breakfast was great but looked very expensive to buy on the day. Definitely recommend including it when you book.
Disliked: Charged a £50 retainer to my credit card. I don’t alway carry that with me so would have been usefulTo have known beforehand.

Liked: Very close to the station. Favourable location for those wishing to explore Manchester on foot. Very comfortable beds, very clean rooms. Very friendly staff, trying to help guests
