Liked: Fantastic hotel; so professional from start to finish.

Good base near everything for...

Liked: Hotel was fresh, clean and anonymous. Big bed, good bathroom.
Disliked: Shower could use a non slip mat. On Sunday evening we were kept awake (friend staying in another room) until half 1 by a person shouting constantly in the street. Not the hotel’s fault (hopefully) but maybe a factor in choosing location.

Best Hotel Stay ever

Liked: The best Hotel I have stayed in. I have stayed in hundreds of hotels in dozens of countries over the years. The staff are so tuned in to making sure the guests gave a great time. All the departments from housekeeping to reception are very well trained. If you are staying in Manchester this is the perfect hotel. The room sparkled after housekeeping, the reception were super efficient, room service was quick and courteous and everyone was aware if their role. Awesome

Convenient and comfortable.

Liked: Convenient location in central Manchester and close to rail station. Staff at reception were exceptionally helpful when looking for places to visit in the city.
Disliked: A little expensive

Great location, 2 mins walk...

Liked: We ate dinner on arrival - the menu had some good options and the staff were very friendly. There was also a great choice at breakfast. Our room was a good size,
Disliked: Despite turning the heating right down, our room was very warm, so had to open the window which was straight onto the Main Street - so noisy.

Excellent location, clean, good staff...

Liked: The hotel was perfectly located for our needs. The room was perfectly adequate and very clean. Staff were friendly and professional. Breakfast was excellent.
Disliked: The view from our room was not particularly attractive but this was not really an issue.
