Terrible
Disliked: We stayed in the hotel as we had an early flight, unfortunately we were put next to an adjoining room where they proceeded to run through the hallways, slam doors and shout and scream all night! Had to ring reception over 4x and no change.. will never come back and I have stayed in a lot of Hilton’s but never again. Would Alsace asked for a full refund but pointless!

COLD room , but helpful...
Liked: The restaurant exceeded expectations. Good, healthy food, and respectful of food sensitivities. Our wait staff was gracious and thoughtful. We also found that the desk staff was very helpful and went over and above to deliver types assistance not normally expected.
Disliked: The room was excessively COLD. Attempts to regulate the temperature failed. Outside temperatures warranted a hevy covers. The closet was virtually empty.

Passable
Liked: It's an airport hotel in the UK, so function is the order of the day. It was chosen for proximity to airport, car hire and because it was the drop-off for my left luggage. The room a little tired, but was clean enough.
Disliked: Check-in was okay, but the chap on the desk wasn't able to process my left luggage collection, meaning that I didn't have access until the morning.In the morning, I was stung for 4.50 for a cruddy cup of machine coffee, only finding out after paying that the espresso / barista machine was out of order. What really pained was a complete lack of apology for being mis-sold.
