Definitely needs updating, better lighting and plumbing.

Liked: Clean.
Disliked: Hot - had 2 rooms on the 6th floor and A/C just didn't seemed to be working all weekend. Bathroom in both rooms required double flushing at all times, seems pointless to suggest being green with the laundry when you are having to flush twice every time you use the facilities.

Disliked: Room smelled terrible on arrival and smell lingered the whole stay.

Liked: The staff. Our first room had a bad odor. Then the second one, on the same floor, smelled the same. Sienna and Keisha went above and beyond to get us into another room, on a different floor, that didn’t smell and Sienna made sure we had the microwave I’d requested.
Disliked: Only one elevator of three was working. The first two rooms we tried smelled like cat pee - we were told they’d recently cleaned the carpets so perhaps that kicked up the odor.

Liked: The lobby was open and inviting. The front counter was super friendly and nice.
Disliked: There was hair still in the bath tub, dirt/grim built up around the drain of the tub and what looked like someone’s boogers flicked up on the ceiling.

Disliked: It had damp smell in both rooms I stayed

Disliked: The beds were terrible. One of the beds you could visibly see the indentations in the mattress.
