Definitely needs updating, better lighting and plumbing.

Liked: Clean.
Disliked: Hot - had 2 rooms on the 6th floor and A/C just didn't seemed to be working all weekend. Bathroom in both rooms required double flushing at all times, seems pointless to suggest being green with the laundry when you are having to flush twice every time you use the facilities.

Liked: Great location with all of the amenities for a good stay.
Disliked: Needs some improvements to dirty carpets, old ac units, and a fragrance system b/c the rooms smell old and stale.

Wonderful place to stay for...

Liked: I was impressed the moment we came into the lobby, it was clean, with lovely decor. Made me feel good that we picked a nice hotel. We paid extra for breakfast,and it was well worth the cost. Many entrees to choose from, food came out freashly made and hot.
Disliked: Can not think of a thing that I disliked

Liked: Staff was excellent, especially Jose working as host for the breakfast. Also, we choose Hilton because of the furry friends. ❤️
Disliked: 2 of 3 elevators were out of service so it took some time.
