Liked: Convenient location and clean.
Disliked: My friend traveling with me cannot have caffeine! We were told the evening of our arrival that they had no decaf coffee. Checking on breakfast the next morning, we were told they did not keep decaf coffee. I was told they don’t have requests for it. I find that hard to believe! Therefore, we had to go elsewhere for breakfast. I think that is awful that a Hilton property doesn’t have decaf coffee!

It was okay.

Liked: The evening front desk person was very friendly and helpful. The location was good for the event we were attending. The restaurant looked nice, but we didn't get a chance to try it out.
Disliked: The tv channels were all out of wack; the NBC station was EI in the morning and then later in the day it was the MLB network. Other stations were also wrong. The bed did not have a fitted sheet on it, just a top sheet, which was constantly sliding around. The weight room had a leaking ceiling; when I informed the front desk they didn't seem concerned and no one came to check it out while I was on the treadmill.

Liked: Breakfast was very expensive for what we had
Disliked: First of all, we were given a room that someone was already in. So, why my wife waited, I had to go back down to the front desk to see what happened. Secondly, tv in the room would not get NBC. Maintenance came up, and basically told me, he couldn't fix it. Ok,,........ guess we'll just do without that channel. Finally. Got my final check Out papers on line and noticed it showed my address in Amsterdam! Wrong, I live in Texas. Just overall, a not good experience at all here. Just inexcusable to be given a room someone was already in
