Lovely room and staff. Would...

Liked: Room was spacious, staff were nice and the shower was fantastic. Everything was clean and tidy. Good location for general tourism.
Disliked: Someone staying at the hotel was outside asking everyone for cigarettes. Wasn't a tourist. Partner says bed was very uncomfortable.

Liked: The hotel room had a cool modern design. The shower head was huge and I loved the separate toilet room. The service was amazing and professional. The staff were very helpful, kind and smiled.

Liked: Great location, not too far from Pimlico underground station. Very central!
Disliked: Our room was a bit on the small side for two females with large bags, getting ready for day/nights out.
