Disliked: Room not ready waited over an hour. Went back room still not ready. Finally was given an alternative family room which was cramped with the xtra bed

Liked: Quality room and friendly staff. The customised welcome with my name via the television.
Disliked: The noise from station across and construction, a lack of face towels. But also, the access to the tenth floor was tricky to navigate, without proper lift access, which would have been difficult for someone with lots of luggage or with mobility issues.

Liked: The staff was helpful and pleasant to speak with. The proximity to the theater and Victoria station were paramount for us.
Disliked: The beds and pillows were far too uncomfortable. Wasn't able to get even a couple of hours of good sleep. Most Hilton hotels I stay at I don't feel like I need a massage or a chiropractor after, and unfortunately, I feel like I need both of those after our short stay here. We still have 9 days of holiday, and it isn't fun to end the first leg of the holiday with a sore back and neck due to the discomfort of the sleeping amenities.
