Really enjoyable - would definitely...

Liked: The location was perfect for us. And all of the staff were very hospitable.
Disliked: Would have loved to have had a place to sit outside or an area to just sit and read.

I would not stay here...

Liked: Good location
Disliked: Old bath robes with threads hanging, they should be brand new! Balcony had broken glass I almost stepped on. Breakfast came to our room with missing items. Mattress like a plank of wood. For the money I expected much more.

Liked: Location is excellent, we can walked to the station easily.It's safe, nothing was stolen in the hotel.
Disliked: I believe the training for the housekeeping staff could be improved. While I understand they have a large number of rooms to clean, there always seem to be small but noticeable oversights. For example, the lotion had not been refilled for two consecutive days, I had to call to request a new body wash because the pump was broken, and I was even charged twice for reasons unknown. These issues do not reflect the standard or value one would expect from the hotel’s price point and the Hilton brand.

Disliked: The basic room for 2 adults and 1 child felt too small for my liking.I would recommend anyone booking to choose the room with the king-size bed,which is at least 31 square meters

Lovely hotel and amazing staff.

Liked: Great hotel with a nice feel. Staff were amazing, courteous, professional and helpful. The rooms were lovely. Would definitely recommend and stay again.
Disliked: The breakfast area was cramped in small space. There were no cups and both coffee machines weren't working. The view from the room was victoria station.
