DoubleTree by Hilton London Ontario

It was clean!

Disliked: Worst part was the construction out front but that's out of their control!

Enjoyed the stay at the Doubletree on all levels.

Liked: Location; service; friendliness; comfortable; well equipped room; great food.

Liked: Great service plus free cookies upon check in.
Disliked: Nothing.

Great location. Cheaper for parking overnight than most other places around. Starbucks inside as well as a restaurant. If you are going to a concert at the London Music Hall this is a great choice.

Liked: Clean; friendly and welcoming staff. Free cookie at check in. Close to the London Music Hall and a number of restaurants and bars.
Disliked: None.

I understand that they can not take direct responsibility for the stolen items but perhaps a bit more help with the matter might have been nice (like perhaps using the cameras that are pointed at the parking lot).

Liked: Beds were comfy?
Disliked: My car was broken into while it was parked in the Hilton parking lot and I was basically given a map to the police station. I saw 2 cameras in said parking lot so I am wondering if they are for decoration or do they actually serve a purpose?

Thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the Hilton. It was a short walk to the venue and is within walking distance of everything else you could want or need to do in London. The room was well laid out and very spacious. Nice view. Felt very clean. Respect to the staff for ensuring we had everything we needed and provided free water bottles at checkout. Thanks for everything, I will be back!

Liked: Close walking distance to Budweiser Gardens and other sights.

Exceptional staff; very spacious room. Would definitely return.

Disliked: Minor, but would prefer real coffee mugs in room, and a recycle box.

This is my second stay at this Hilton and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Rooms were clean and check in staff and cleaning staff were very friendly. Thank you :)
