Fabulous time, fabulous hotel

Liked: We got a free upgrade! The room was amazing and despite being on the road, you cannot hear the traffic at all. All staff were friendly and helpful.
Disliked: Air conditioning is a bit noisy. Not really bad but enough to annoy you when trying to sleep

Liked: Good location closer to underground. Good area to reach hide park and National History, Science Museum and Royal Albert Hall
Disliked: Breakfast is not satisfying; there were enough variety of foods, but not delicious. We had the same breakfast for one week. One of the elevator was out of order for whole week. Glasses at room was changed only one time. It is expensive with these facilities.

Great location and decent rooms.

Liked: Started off with a nice touch - Quick check-in and some warm cookies! Loved the location of the hotel. Right next to the tube station and loads of eating places. Area felt upmarket and safe. Room was kept clean and the bathroom was kept well stocked up.
Disliked: Only one lift was working. I think this issue has been going on for a while. Also the one or two times we ended up actually needing housekeeping service, the response was very slow. To be fair to them, they were quite apologetic about it though.
