Liked: Breakfast was the saving grace for our stay. Could not fault the breakfast service.
Disliked: Mattress. Why do you use open coil spring mattress? Very bad night sleep. Woke up with pressure pains all over the body. Temperature in the room was constantly cold. Even the engineer did not fix the issue. Felt ill at the end of stay. Limescale build up noticeable on shower head, which meant trickling water to take shower. Thankfully, the stay was just for 1 night. Sahana promised a call back from Ruksana Hassam(Operations Manager), who never bothered to follow up on concerns raised. 2 Star experience.

Liked: Only the location was ok, but there are other better hotels nearby.
Disliked: We paid for one night. As soon as we arrived the hotel asked for a credit card to block 60 euros for other expenses. WHAT OTHER EXPENSES.Everything was paid in advance. The staff was not polite at all. The room was very cold with no way to heat it. There was no movable shower head, and the only shover head was fixed on the wall. How can you have a good shower with a fixed shower head.
