Clean hotel good location

Liked: We’ve stayed here before so we knew it was good for location purposes.
Disliked: Really surprised by how small our room was. It was like being in a shoe box. Our room before was nothing like this. Would have picked another hotel if i knew this.

Pleasant

Liked: Bathroom was tiny and also no slippers for the night. Basically, very basic but just to stay for sleep was ok.You could keep the windows leaned at least, though understand that London is always very dusty with heavy traffic and gets dirty soon.

It was fab

Liked: The beds were really comfy and the shower was lush
Disliked: I'd have liked more teabags in the train but like that's not a big deal

Had a luvly stay here.

Liked: I hav a Gluten intolerance so was catered for at breakfast the staff were very friendly.

Liked: Beautiful hotel, especially the top floor where we stayed
Disliked: Told I didn’t have breakfast reservation. They went to check and confirmed we did. This was embarrassing and I felt offended; unfortunately, this was the reason I could give too marks. Eventually the same staff member came back and offer some off the a la carte menus but, it was too late and quite a let down. I told the colleague our room number, granted he may have misheard but I didn’t. Appreciate being told I had to pay when I already did. Also there was not cutlery or napkins on our table, even when we sat down I had to request this. There was just 2 of us on a 4 person table.
