Exceptional

Liked: It was very nice, I have a blue badge and parking was near the front door which was good for me. The room was beautifuly presented, staff where very accomadating and we were given water and cookie on booking in. As the weather was hot there was water and Cordial available at all times.

Disliked: Our room was unbearably hot very very uncomfortable the room was set up that it had air con but when we asked about it they told us they do not have air con in london in summer when the temperature is 30 plus that is not acceptable

Very expensive for what was...

Liked: A couple of the staff were amazing, very kind and helpful. The bed was comfortable.
Disliked: Towels had holes, and no television remote in room when first arrived. Room was unbearably hot, hotel has no a/c, and was provided with a very dusty fan. Shower pressure awful - non existent! I made a complaint at checkout desk and was told that although they hear these complaints often unfortunately management aren’t finding a solution to the problems, and was told by a member of reception that there wasn’t anything he could do to rectify my complaints/uncomfortable stay and suggested I air my grievances here instead as it be more inclined to prompt changes.

Good stay, the bed comfort...

Liked: Nice hotel, good breakfast and bar area, friendly and helpful staff
Disliked: We had an accessible room which was a nice size by the bed was very uncomfortable. Only a standard double, would have been better if it was a queen or king size

An utter joke

Liked: Nothing.
Disliked: The room had no air conditioning on one of the hottest days of the year. The best they could offer was a desk fan. An utter joke. No discount on room rate, nothing. If I could’ve stayed somewhere else I would have.

Convenient. I will use Uber...

Liked: Convenient, price was similar to Marriot in Central London and the facilities in the room were not as good, no mirror in main room for dressing (wife), and bathroom mirror was high up, (no pen in the room, we were telephoning to get directions forbthe evening bigbevent in Mill Hill), welcome water and cookie was a nice touch, staff were great, Breakfast was a bit basic and disorganised (again I compare with Marriot, sorry).
