It was a very convinient...

Liked: Its the staff in reception area. We forgot to take his name but he was so helpful. My son had a minor surgery to a private clinic near the hotel but for some reason they couldn’t find my name in the reserved room. This man in reception, he speaks arabic and very helpful with us and tried his best to accommodate me and my family.
Disliked: NA

Disliked: Big minus is the air condition was not working in 28 degrees heat

Overall very good.

Liked: Checking-in staff were lovely
Disliked: Dining staff insisted on placing all 'single-person' bookings on-top of one another, which was very uncomfortable and some people moved places.

A nice room but other...

Liked: Modern clean room and bathroom
Disliked: No air conditioning in the bedrooms which I found unacceptable in a hotel owned by Hilton. A fan is not sufficient in August. No water pressure in the shower, it dribbled out. I also object to paying £140.00 for a room and then being asked to pay an extra five pounds to park my car in the carpark which was half empty.
