Disliked: From mine and my partners experience the customer service at this hotel is poor. On two occasions after the room was cleaned we were given one pair of towels when there were two of us. The main issue was that our room door was left open. We don’t know exactly how long for, but we definitely shut it before leaving the room at 8:30am and we did not re enter until 10:30pm. When we got back to the room the door was open. I have complained and the manager gave me complimentary drinks even though I requested a partial refund for the inconvenience. Any of our belongings could have been taken ! Also the manager basically called me a liar and said that staff check every room is shut. This cannot be the case as we shut the door before leaving and didn’t come back until late at night. Would not recommend staying at this hotel to anyone after this and we would definitely not stay again.

Disliked: Key card didn't work so had to go all way back to reception so they could have another go.Room noisy with other guests and also a constant scratching somewhere in the walls or outside throughout the night
