Disliked: I stayed for one night fiscal checked in at 2am and it was terrible night , room Air-condition was not working, and front office staff informed to wait for 30 minutes for temperature comes down never happened and was not offered to change the room either maintenance staff to check the room and washbasin tap was blocked and , I tried to call back at 4am no one at front desk picked up the phone this my first time as frequently traveling and staying at star-Hotel have this bad experience, surprisingly the assistant front office Matayes refused to conect me with hotel manager or give me his full name to address official complaint and he took only my email address for future communication I could'nt sleep or take a shower i need proper apology or compensation since I paid 139 Sterling pounds

Disappointing.

Liked: Hotel is in an excellent location, less than 5 mins walk from the local underground station.
Disliked: Lift wasn’t working on arrival, and barely worked the rest of the stay. The bathroom is tiny, rendering the toilet extremely difficult to use for anyone of larger than average height or weight. The rooms are tired and drab. Breakfast doesn’t taste very good.

Liked: Very clean and staff were excellent.
Disliked: Room was a little small and although my booking was ok with booking.com when i arrived it wasn’t on the hotels system so I had to wait a while.

Perfect Location, Hospitality & Suite

Liked: Perfect location, and wonderful accommodation- Lucia at reception was very accommodating and helpful - will definitely stay here again.
