Good hotel in West London

Liked: Good location, clean, comfortable, excellent breakfaat
Disliked: Room near the fire door so could be a bit nousy

Enjoyed our stay, lovely room...

Liked: Lovely facilities, comfy room, clean and warm. Big tv on wall facing the bed. All toiletries and towels provided. Safe deposit box in room and easy to use.
Disliked: Room was adjacent to a busy road and pretty noisy late at night and very early in morning.

Disliked: The lifts wasn’t working there a two lifts both not working do us staying on the top 5the floor wasn’t much fun up and down the stairs,especially as my wife had damaged her a couple of weeks ago,when we got t add liking to who looked like the manager it was abit frustrating when he said the lifts weren’t working correctly for three days and also the beans where cold on the breakfast Buffett which had just been brought out fresh
