Overall a nice stay. Great...
Liked: Great bar and outdoor seating areas on the Thames.
Disliked: No bottled water from reception or available in the room.

Superb
Liked: Very helpful staff. Excellent room with a balcony and great view of Canary Wharf. Bed was very comfortable and room spotlessly clean.
Disliked: No option to have breakfast in the room.

Would I stay there again,...
Liked: Location
Disliked: Queued for 30 minutes to get in the restaurant for breakfast. Once in there, there were no plates or cups. By the time the plates arrived there was no scrambled eggs, beans or mushrooms. Asked for an omelette which I never received. The cups never did materialise. Also we?re refused a cocktail because it was too late & they were only serving simple drinks. Only for the next person in the queue to get a mojito.

very disappointed with stay
Liked: the staff was slow and unhelpful. broken furniture in room.bath very difficult to get in bathroom to small.

Liked: Thames river view
Disliked: The hotel was very busy- not enough space in the morning for breakfast- had to sit in the bar. No cutlery etcRoom cleaning was delayed one day until after 15h00- when I returned from day out, room was still not cleaned. Disappointing.

a nice stay, as ever
Liked: Nice apartment suite with views of dock and river
Disliked: The first 'King Suite room I was offered did not meet expectations, no balcony, no view, ground floor level, and relatively small/ poorly arranged. I hadn't realised that this top of the range option varied so much and this one certainly did not ressemble those pictured on the site, or those that I had stayed in here before. To the hotel's credit they did make the effort to switch things around for me, and the replacement room was much better.
