Pricey hotel which desperately needs...

Liked: The location next to the river.Alex (duty manager) listened when we raised concerns.
Disliked: Room very dated.Damage in bathroom, including taping up of electrical connection to heated towel rail.Expensive in relation to what was offered.Hotel took 3 x our payment and took 5 days to release all funds back to our account.

Great views from balcony.

Liked: Nice room, upgraded to deluxe queen room with balcony, great scenery.
Disliked: Breakfast not included in the price.

wasn’t what I expected therefore...

Liked: the reception are was very welcoming
Disliked: the staff aren’t very clear about the parking rules, the room I booked isn’t what I got, the bathroom wasn’t to big or too clean
