Liked: It did exactly what we needed… and catered for the kids.
Disliked: The price of food in the bar… I understand everywhere is more expensive but … this is next level. It’s only a burger and chips like…. I was shocked, but caught and we needed food.

Great stay

Liked: Handy for the purpose of the trip (Chelsea FC). Room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Staff were friendly and helpful.
Disliked: No issues whatsoever.

Very good

Liked: Very friendly staff. Breakfast was great. Comfortable rooms and overall very good value for money. Location is handy for the overground making it easy to get out and explore.
Disliked: Only negative was the water in the bathroom took a long time to drain meaning the shower overflowed and flooded the bathroom. Also it would be good to have a few more typical kids meal options on the menu in the restaurant for the fussier eaters.
