Beds were hard no breakfast...

Liked: Location was good staff were friendly
Disliked: Beds were uncomfortable and the sheets were stained . They did come and change them. We left my so sons expensive water bottle in the room but when I called the same day to keep it safe to collect they said it wasn’t there!

Liked: Excellent service. Revant for sorting the room extension for post marathon athletes especially. All staff including the eating areas sooo courteous! Breath of fresh air!

Overpriced and poor quality for...

Disliked: Single bed was really small, uncomfortable and squeaked everytime you moved making it really noisy for other guests. Pillows were rubbish. Room was massively over priced for what it was. Lots of noise from corridor and all I could hear all morning was the cleaners.

Liked: Brilliant location, right next to train station.
Disliked: Our only issue was with the air-conditioner control, it was high or low, and neither suited us. Hotel staff very tried to assist; but of course could not change the unit. They have us a free breakfast as a gesture of goodwill

Liked: We had a fantastic stay at DoubleTree London Chelsea, perfectly located just a 10-minute walk from Fulham Broadway tube station and ideal for visiting Stamford Bridge stadium. The highlight was the exceptional service from Ksenia, who kindly arranged a free room upgrade and early check-in, making our trip even more enjoyable. I had a great time with my son at the football game, and we also appreciated the tasty continental breakfast with a wide variety of options.
Disliked: The only downside was the bar staff attempting to close early at 23:30, despite being told it would be open until 01:00. Otherwise, a very pleasant experience.
