Liked: very comfortable room, great view (5th floor) very quiet.
Disliked: we were two people in the double room but only had one bath towel the second day, next day saw a cleaner and they left 2 but next day again only one set of towels.

Liked: Hotel looked nice. Convenient Tescos across the street. Near the river. Personel at the restaurant were very friendly and efficient.l P88
Disliked: Staff are very young and hardly seem to be trained at all. Made me pay my 4 rooms one by one instead of adding up and charging me all at once.Two towels in a three person room. Requested aditional towel did not arrive the first day. I solicited it again the next day, got it. Upon returning to the room in the evening, all but one towel had been removed. This cycle repeated itself again the next two days.It was completely random if the complimentary items in the room were replaced or not.During a 5 day stay the elevator broke down at least 15 times. Stairs were full of people constantly.Blocked our keys every day and we had to go back to reception again to activate.Have loved all the other Doubletree by Hiltons I have stayed at. Maybe that is why this was such a disappointment.

Disliked: The location has an overground station really close, however you cannot direcly get to the center, you always need to change a train or 2
