Disliked: This is the first time I have become so angry at a hotel reception, and they did everything to make it worse.I had booked a room for two adults and one child and had even sent them a reminder email beforehand. Upon arriving at 21:00 and parking the car, we went to the room only to discover that there was no extra bed for the child. They started arguing with me, stating that the child stays for free but the bed costs extra. Eventually, they did charge me the extra fee the following day. They provided the bed an hour and a half after our check-in at 22:30.I am sorry, but this falls far below the level of service I expect from Hilton. The first real response and apologize I got is through this review.

Liked: It’s a nice property, liked the gym, swimming pool, sauna facility. The breakfast was fantastic. The price of cocktail list was pretty standard and I had three instead of one.
Disliked: 1.I can’t say if I didn’t like anything. I would rather inform the chiller ( mini bar ) wouldn’t close in deluxe room. Needs someone to look into it. 2. Due to the conference it was almost impossible to find parking in the hotel for hotel guests. However people park on carbs for not having enough parking space. I would highly suggest to remove your flower pots from the carbs near stairs leading the footbridge. You’d better put long poles / something long visible which drivers or passengers could see while opening doors or moving car. Those flower pots are on blind spots and it damaged my car. Absolutely gutted ! 3. Restaurant menu is too short and overly priced - kids menu is boring. Decided to eat outside instead. It’s nice to see a small kids zone in the lobby but could be expanded a little bit more. In the evening kids could do much more there and parents could spend more time in the lobby - since I felt the whole place wasn’t being utilized properly.

Liked: Fantastic in every respect, wonderful staff, incredible value for money, breakfast out of this world, high quality furnishing and impeccably clean. And that swimming pool on the 10th floor is
