DoubleTree By Hilton Hotel Little Rock

Enjoyed the view of the river and downtown area. I think the TV was as large as the bed! Every staff member in the hallway, elevator and at the entrance spoke to us, even if we were just walking by. We didn't have to look for someone if we had a question. At check-in we were given an extension to call for answers to questions. I would book this hotel again.

Liked: Very easy to move around town with the hotel shuttle and trolley access. Very helpful staff, pleasant hostess and waitress in the restaurant. Breakfast buffet was excellent. Lots of people congregated at the bar until concert time.
Disliked: Double check the time for the breakfast buffet. The staff must set up for the lunch buffet. Ask at the desk. The printed times may not be current.

Liked: Convenient location for attending theater event at Robinson Center. Very helpful and accommodating staff. Great view of downtown Little Rock from my room. Convenient parking.
Disliked: Saturday brunch only menu was underwhelming and bar service not available until 4 pm—after brunch.

Liked: Well… I booked a “1 King room with Balcony” room and there was no balcony at all on our room. We had a window. That was it. Will write reviews to reflect this experience and cost versus what I expected on several review sites. There was also no refrigerator. Kind of expect a mini-fridge in hotels, especially ones that are way less expensive.
