Liked: Staff were very helpful and friendly.
Disliked: Bed was very hard and the music from the function room was too loud. They need to soundproof the room. Also the parking was very expensive. It was £32 for 2 nights. The hotel was a bit tired and could do with a revamp. It was a lovely break though.

Not value for money

Liked: Good location, parking on site
Disliked: The hotel needs upgrading. The carpets are filthy. We paid £199 for one night and had to pay £15 on top for having a dog & £16 for parking. Not good value and we wouldn't use the hotel again.

Wonderful location, park at Lucy...

Liked: Wonderful location on quayside, easy into Lincoln. Booked half board which seemed to confuse the Restaurant, staff needed more support with the IT and struggled with ordering. The invoicing to me as a result was incorrect at check out, but hotel reception staff were alive to this and sorted it out immediately.
Disliked: See above

Liked: Very clean. Nice staff.
Disliked: Parking was expensive. Basic amenities were fair only (no nespresso etc)

Liked: Very clean. Standard box hotel room, very dark room. Quality of breakfast exceptional although staff could be encouraged to be a little more attentive and cheerful. Reception staff excellent
