Great hotel, friendly staff in...

Liked: Great looking facilities and hotel
Disliked: The music in the bar was not very suitable for a wider age group

Would use again but use...

Liked: Beautiful rooms with a large bed. Ideal location.
Disliked: Hidden cost of overnight stay in car park £16 is a joke. Alternative given on arrival no mention of this when booking. £96 overnight stay should include parking

Would not recommend as 4...

Liked: Room clean but small window was filthy looked out on wall and pigeons and pigeons poo, asked reception about different room who said all the same which we found out later wasn’t true. Room dark and depressing had upgraded but no slippers TV only 5 basic channels. Breakfast ok but no better than holiday inn or Premier inn

Disliked: Room for £200 with no view apart from pigeons

Great place to stay and...

Liked: Location of the hotel was spot on as it wasn't far to walk into the city centre. The room was very clean and tidy. Would highly recommend to friends and family if they were looking for somewhere to stay.
