Liked: Everything
Disliked: To pricey for one night

Good stay but can offer...

Liked: The Facilities were good and the staff were courteous.
Disliked: I think the hotel can undergo a major renovation especially the elevator interior and panels which are in dire shape. I also dont like having to ask for access to the pool everytime my family and i want to use it. I also think a 4 star hotel can afford complimentary toiletries as opposed to offering them for an additional price.

Liked: Location and staff were very friendly courteous and professional.
Disliked: 2 of our 3 rooms had dirty linen and toilet did not work in our unit. Also pillows underneath shams were grey and dirty.

I don’t feel great about...

Liked: Location was perfect to access my family and other needs.
Disliked: The property itself is ok. My individual room was not that ok. Room had a dingy, moldy smell that may have been the a/c filters? I had to spray the filters with air spray to try to mask the smell. Also, the a/c was extremely loud. Had to cover my head with a pillow or wear air buds to bed. Did not sleep very well.
