Liked: Location was great. Close to some good restaurants and bars. Also close to train station and just a short walk to shops. Went to sky lounge also for a few drinks which was lovely.
Disliked: Prices of the drinks in sky lounge were a bit expensive.

Disliked: Very rude security guard who even though we were guests for 2 days in the hotel kept asking to check out key cards. Very unprofessional and arrogant!! Also my sisters had to be moved to another room as there absolutely stank of cigarettes which housekeeping should have noticed!!!

Liked: This hotel is right in the hustle and bustle of Granary Wharf, overlooking the train station (photo attached shows very cool view from the room). When we arrived there was a private function on so the main SkyBar was shut (we had been told of this ahead of time - communication was great from the hotel). Despite this noise, I couldn't hear a peep in the room. This, combined with the world's best blackout curtains meant that when I woke up at 11am I was convinced it was 4 in the morning. The room was spacious and clean and the bed was very comfortable. We didn't eat here or drink at the bar, but the staff we did interact with were very friendly, and security was good. Would happily stay here again.
