Superb

Liked: Everything was first class - location (brilliant - best in Leeds)....Room (what a view from the 8th floor! We'd have been happy to stay in the room all day and watch the 'goings on') Breakfast (lovely room; efficiently run: great selection of high quality food).
Disliked: Nothing

Liked: Location, friendly and polite staff. Breakfast very good and a large variety. Excellent staff.
Disliked: Stairs. Difficult to find when didn't want to take the lift.

Good location, modern rooms.

Liked: Room was nice and modern, nice view over the canal. Check in was easy, and staff were pleasant.
Disliked: The AC in the room was poor, it was like someone blowing on you. This made the room exceptionally hot on an evening, and made sleeping uncomfortable. I received a text from "Robert" welcoming me and letting me know that if I need anything, to just ask. So I asked for some wine glasses, and I'm still yet to receive any reply, never mind the glasses (2 days later).

Liked: The room was clean and my kid loved the welcome cookie
Disliked: Lifts were busy It took us 40 minutes to get a lift to the room we ended up walking down the stairs after a long wait and couldn't get out of stairwell We had a meal in the hotel restaurant and when it came to payment I was told that cash was not accepted I would have to pay by card which was not acceptable as far as I know cash is still legal tender I should have been told at the beginning the cash was not accepted instead of embarrassing me after the meal in front of friends.
