Disliked: hidden fees.parking and a security deposit were not included.final price much more than what was quoted on booking.

Liked: The staff was helpful and friendly
Disliked: The facility was so dirty specifically the 7th floor carpet in the hall way.

Liked: Convenient to airport and friends. Nice bar and a place to get food without leaving the property
Disliked: The pool area could use some plants, vines and flowers. Nothing nice about it.

LA Stay

Liked: Staff were very good. Close to airport
Disliked: Shower leaking. No soap and not filled throught the stay. Bar shuts at 10pm and that's it. Pool was very poor and also not heated. Food choices minimal. Bad location for wanting to tour around LA.

Liked: The place was close to the airport but the shuttle only comes around once in an hour to collect you. We couldn't ring them to tell them we were waiting but then knew the time of our flight. Eventually I asked someone to ring them for me and never picked up the phone.
Disliked: The bathroom wasn't clean. The taps and mirror had soap marks and toothpaste over them still.

Passable

Liked: Everything was alright there the receptionist was really kind and we really love the bed it was so much comfortable
Disliked: The shower did not work at all so we could not take a shower and we already had to leave that day
