Great staff, bad room
Liked: Staff was great. Very helpful and kind. They are the reason I stayed.
Disliked: The elevator seemed like it was barely working. The third floor hallway had a awful smell. Almost like a mix between bad meat and body odor. The bathroom in the room had a big open window with no curtains. There was zero privacy while in the bathroom. Bathroom was also dirty and terrible repairs done to it. There was rust on the railing in the bathroom.

Bad
Disliked: I have asked the hotel 3 times for invoice or bill. They were not able to provide it. I asked even booking to discuss with the hotel, they did not provide it anyway.

A clean hotel, an overall...
Liked: The bed was reasonably comfortable and the location of the hotel was not too bad even though it is a bit further out from the strip and there are better alternatives (still you can comfortably get an Uber to get to the strip).
Disliked: For what this hotel is offering, it is ridiculously overpriced. I paid close to $700 for a Friday/Saturday (and yes these are more expensive days in Vegas anyway) but I will never be going back to this hotel - ever again. While the hotel is clean, it is about time that a serious renovation took place here to add a bit of colour to the distributed greyness that is laid out in the corridors and the rooms, making the feel of the hotel pretty depressing. There is no concept of interior design really. The elevators are worthy of a particular mention as they are like dark dungeons with flickering cold-white exposed small bulbs that test eye comfort even for a 10 second ride. There is also only one option at the hotel for food (JP). The water taps in the toilet sinks are producing a spray of water (not a stream), splashing water everywhere if you try to wash up. Check-in was OK but inconsistent between staff. Two people in front of me were offered a welcome bag with two bottles of water by one member of staff. I was checked in a bit later by another member of staff who didn't offer that (a tiny drop in the ocean of spending $700 there) but shows the level of managerial consistency. The pool was unavailable (fine as some works seemed to be under way) but even if it was available, the total concrete feel of the surrounding area would make it appealing only if you were burning up and wanted a short relief.I seriously don't think this establishment deserves a 'by Hilton' subtitle to it.
