I would come again

Liked: Close to the capitol. Room was nice, shower was nice. Staff was nice
Disliked: The restaurant was lacking. Not many choices, not good choices for gluten free. Breakfast bar wasn’t very good. Service however was good

Would not stay agin

Liked: Rooms were nice
Disliked: The elevators they have take so long especially if you have a big group staying there like when we stayed. 1 elevator wasn’t working and no options for stairs for second door to first floor. We waited 20 mins every time for elevator and when we got in the group that was there was controlling the elevator so when we got in we spent another 10 mins going to every floor. Also valet seems spendy for a small town of Lansing. I come from the twin cities and we don’t have $35 valet. Maybe at the fancy hotels but not the regular hotels like double tree.

Liked: When we arrived we walked into a rm That has the ironing board next to the Dr …. There was no place to put it.The rm was for a handicapper in a shell chr/ which neither my husband & I are….The shower sprayed water all over the floor & twice had to use every towel To mop up the flr!
Disliked: Also / @ ck out I stated the problems we had & was told ok ….So I said that it would be good to bring this up to management to Use as a teachable moment on how to raise the standards for every guest …We have stayed at this hotel numerous times & we were disappointed in the rms & service,

A very comfortable and clean...

Liked: The room was clean, spacious, well-appointed.
Disliked: Ice machine on floor out of service. No explanation about housekeeping. Stayed two nights and they don't come in. That is fine but I wish I knew. I don't like everything being online. Would like written information.
