Superb

Liked: Hotel was very clean, staff were very friendly and helpful, it was nice and quiet, really good hotel overall
Disliked: The shower wasn't a roll in, it was a bath tub with a shower stool and the stool was a bit flimsy. That's my only criticism

Disliked: I had problems with accessing the breakfast buffet, finding handicapped parking close to the entrance that was closest to the accesible room, did not provide me with a roll in shower stall as requested, but rather a tub with grab bars, couldn't access the phone in the room, and there wasn't any info on how to use the phone or access the room service, and supervisors have been non responsive in responding to questions pertaining to appropriate compensation and blamed problems on Booking.com rather than acknowledging that it was the hotel staff who had told me I would have a roll-in shower and deal that issue themselves.

Liked: They were pet friendly, so very kind to our dog. They learned his name and greeted him.I liked the text message care checks from front desk. We LOVED our double tree cookie!It was walkable to a couple of restaurant choices and a convenience store. Starbucks on site is hotel luxury at its finest for me!
