Liked: The property is very clean and great location
Disliked: Very friendly Atmosphere

Liked: Staff friendly.
Disliked: Forgot to give us our wake up call at 3am to catch cab to airport. No soap in the shower. Only 1 coffee cup.

Good

Liked: Clean room, nice touch on arrival - a warm chocolate cookie and a bottle of water for each guest.
Disliked: The heating system was very noisy, so we had to turn it off, the bathroom doesn't have a fan, and the coffee machine in the room wouldn't work properly. There is no free coffee in the lobby for the guests, we've been recommended to go to a coffee shop nearby.

Disliked: Overpriced for what you get. First room the door was broken, fridge didn’t work and bathroom was dirty. Second room we got moved to the fridge didn’t work either. Disappointing and overpriced

Liked: There is a Starbucks in the hotel lobby which was a wonderful surprise.

Great except the room.

Liked: The staff were terrific. When we checked in the gentleman at the front desk was friendly and efficient. Our A/C wasn’t kicking on but a friendly female maintenance person simply clicked the breaker and it worked. Mary at the restaurant is worth the booking alone. She is a gem!
Disliked: Lighting in bathroom was flickering. Rooms not cleaned well, dust on the picture frames in bathroom and gross between the shower stall. AC wasn’t way too loud and bed was squeaky (when getting in and out). Printed channel guide didn’t match cable options. Room 483.
