very disappointing

Liked: breakfast was good Room was goor Balcony was filthy!!!
Disliked: Customer service was ok The management where unprofessional and not trained very well

Liked: Service, rooms and bathrooms were nice.Also the breakfast
Disliked: Building work on the side of the hotel where our room was.I was told that the scaffolding would only be as high ad the 4th floor but the following morning, we had builders walking past our window. This was not great, as we were 2 women in the room.

Liked: Location - near the river and close to station for regular trains to London and Wimbledon. Friendly and helpful staff. Very nice bar area & good quality breakfast.
Disliked: Fairly basic furnishings in the room - no mini bar or fridge. Most of the hotel is covered in scaffolding, luckily our room was on the other side. It would have been good to have been warned about this in advance. The scaffolders were working during the day which didn’t bother us as we were out all day but not so good if you wanted a lie in or a siesta!

Liked: Check in process, hospitality by reception, room was good too. Bathroom was clean and had all things needed in room.
Disliked: Could have been placed on a higher floor
