Disliked: I did not realise it was a cashless hotel and unable to pay on my card and checking in late they was just willing for me and my partner to sleep in my car and still pay a cancellation fee after driving 4 hours to get there. No empathy with the staff just robots

Good hotel

Liked: Friendly staff, well located.
Disliked: No toiletries. The fact that building works were happening should be advertised (drilling and hammering during the day).

Disappointing

Disliked: I was disappointed to arrive and discover half of the property was covered in scaffolding with no pre-warning about tthis. I asked to be on the side without scaffolding and was level with the train line.

A comfortable and convenient stay...

Liked: I really enjoyed my stay at DoubleTree by Hilton London Kingston upon Thames. The location was perfect, right in the downtown area, which made it very convenient — we didn’t even need transportation during our 3-night stay. Everything was within walking distance. The staff were very friendly and helpful, always making sure we had everything we needed. The rooms were clean and comfortable, adding to the overall great experience. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a hassle-free and pleasant stay in Kingston.
Disliked: There were no bathrobes or slippers provided in the room, which was a bit disappointing, but overall it didn’t affect the stay much.
