I wouldn’t recommend anyone staying...

Liked: The room was nice and comfortable . I would have liked if there were outlets on each side of the bed to charge devices.
Disliked: The staff was not friendly. At check in they say that the cafe is open on demand if you would like to buy something or order a coffee and that wasn’t the case. We asked several times on different days and they dsaid they couldn’t open it. At one point, tbeir was two workers at the front desk and they said they couldn’t open it and instead proceeded to gossip about what another co worker asked them. It was very unprofessional. Another worker who was an older guy was so rude and looked miserable. We also went outside and there were beer bottles everywhere, a table that was broken and has duct tape around the edges. It sucks that people leave messes but the hotel staff should’ve cleaned have made sure to promptly clean it instead of leaving it for the next day. I didnt like that the hotel wouldn’t let you have outside food in the lobby when they had the cafe closed and restaurant closed for most of the day. If you can’t provide your guests with food to purchase, then they should be allowed to eat food they order from elsewhere. I also didn’t like that when we checked in, there was dogs on our floor barking for 20 minutes straight. As for the outside area, you couldn’t enjoy hanging out because there were so many mosquitosz I’ve never stayed at a hotel where they didn’t take measures to prevent mosquitos as much as they could. The oool area felt like a sauna inside and the water was hot. There were kids swimming and they said they were sweating in there.

Liked: I didn’t have breakfast. I liked that there was a full service Starbucks.
Disliked: There were youth sports teams. It was hard to get through the lobby and hallways attached to the lobby. The kids played on all four elevators and made it difficult to get one to use for legitimate purposes.

Enjoyable

Liked: No breakfast, only overpriced Starbucks we had to leave the hotel to find meals
Disliked: A restaurant/ bar

Disliked: Our bathroom sink was clogged and hotel is a little outdated but overall pretty nice place
