Disliked: Was not told at booking or check in that pool and hot tub heaters were broken down. I picked the property for it's advertised amenities and did not get the value for my money that I expected/was promised at time of booking. Eventually, a Manger offered me a free breakfast, but it was after I had already checked out, so they actually offered me nothing.

Liked: The property was clean and updated. The hot tub was working. Room was comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful.
Disliked: The staff told us about where to find the restaurant and breakfast but at check in there is so much going on it is hard to remember everything they said. I would be nice to have some information in the room about services.

Disliked: Room bathroom was locked and unable to be accessed upon entry. Was told to use a quarter to turn the locked mechanism and get the door unlocked when I called the front desk. Toilet paper was pinched off like just used and not folded. Towels were sloppy, hair in tub, cereal on the floor, letter left under my door when I requested to not be disturbed that said they reserve the right to inspect every 24 hours to check condition of the room and check on hotel guests despite do not disturb request, hot tub not functional, no amenities, parking is awful and the same truck was parked in the same spot for 2 days. Gap under door, noisy people knocking and banging on doors at 10pm, marijuana and cigarette smoke smell from hallway and no one offered a bag cart- carried 6 bags down by myself with no assistance. The hotel down the street I ate at with the members of the convention I attended while here for work was incredibly professional, clean and I cant emphasize enough that I did NOT get what I paid for!!! Unacceptable. No amount of "warm cookies" from the front desk could justify the price I paid for what I got. Less than one star rating is what is deserved. Management still hasn't contacted me it's been 48 hours.
