Liked: Room was perfect

The room was very comfortable...

Liked: Breakfast was very nice and the waitress was exceptional.
Disliked: 1) the door off the parking lot was locked. With all your suitcases in hand you were to walk down a flight and around the building to get in.!2) the pool needs to be cleaned around the sides, very dirty.3) upon arrival, we found that someone was already in our room. It was corrected quickly, but had to go back to the front desk with all suitcases in tow.4) we tried to use the stairs instead of the elevator and could not get any floor doors ( even with key) to open. We got the bottom, employee only,door open and was met with an associate telling us we were not allowed in that area. Tried to explain, twice, she was rude and didn't listen to our situation.

Liked: I liked that it was walking distance to the Scandinavian festival.
Disliked: Hard to figure out how to turn on lights next to bed.

Disliked: The shower would filled out up to my ankles. Drain issues.

OK at best.

Liked: The breakfast was typical of any stay in any chain, which is normally free. This was not, and the more expensive " hot " breakfast was not hot at all. The poster that advertised the breakfast ( posted throught Double tree) showed pancakes with fresh fruit. No fruit to be found. Very disappointing given what we paid.
Disliked: See above. Plus, the tunnel that leads from the parking garage to the hotel was littered with large spiders at head level. Come on. A simple broom addresses that.
