Overall stay was delightful. My husband and I were looking forward to some type of continental breakfast and was a little disappointed. We did love the mattress :) and the facility upgrades.

Liked: Updated facility.
Disliked: Bathroom shower design did not keep water from escaping the shower area - had a hard time keeping floor dry and free of water.

My 7th floor room was very clean and comfortable. I was a little disappointed there was no refrigerator but maybe I didn't book the right room. As morning approached, I really could hear a lot of traffic noise and some construction. Overall, a pleasant experience, though.

Liked: Updated and very comfortable room.
Disliked: A good deal of traffic noise.

Board walk will be great when construction/repairs are completed. Location is a plus.

Liked: Love the view of river. Very nice staff. Water Taxi is great way to get across the river.

Disliked: The room could’ve been updated and made to look a little bit more appealing. the room has spots on the floor because it was a pet friendly hotel. Those that don’t have pets. Should be in a room that never had pets.

Liked: Nice area. Had a good view of the downtown area. There’s also a restaurant inside the hotel.

Bad service, bad and dirty...

Liked: Very bad experience. I requested a baby crib when booked, not only I didnt receive it, I tried calling the guest service multiple times and nobody asnwered. Then I went downstairs to remind them, wiating the long line, they said ok and never sent it. Then I went again and never received it. In additon the room was dirty, and facilility was in bad conditions. Never get back to this hotel!
