Liked: the staff was absolutely wonderful; at the reception desk, in the restaurant, during breakfast, their hospitality was exceptional. However, my door lock did not work (it was fixed upon my letting them know), the shower stall was not as clean as it could be, and the bathroom door did not stay open; I had to prop it open with the wastebasket.

Outdated rooms, noisy hotel

Disliked: Too expensive for the room. Room was dirty, air conditioner was extremely noisy and barely worked.

Liked: It’s close to everything! The staff was amazing!
Disliked: Good luck on parking! Although they do offer service for vip 10 dollars a day. They charge for coffee.

Liked: The staff was amazing! I enjoyed the free cookies. And when the tornado touched down in Huntington, the staff was professional and guided us to safety.
