Liked: it was an amazing place to stay,second time staying there very clean.
Disliked: only issue was been woken up to the fire alarm at 20 to 1 in the morning

Liked: The hotel was beautiful and the room was immaculate and everything we needed. The staff were very polite and attentive especially the young man who checked us in he couldn't have been more helpful. Food and drink in the lounge was lovely.
Disliked: Unfortunately on our stay we were awoken by the fire alarm at around 1am and were evacuated outside. There was no staff to explain the situation we were just all huddled outside and then ushered back into the building shortly after,We were away for our anniversary and the gentleman on reception kindly gave us a 15% off voucher for our drinks in the Rooftop bar. This is one reason we had booked this hotel was so we could utilise this. We checked in, recieved our vouchers and headed to get ready for the night. Unfortunately when we came down to enter the rooftop bar we were greeted by a very angry security man who said 'tickets only' I was confused and explained I had a reservation here as I thought he was implying only guests could enter. He said no it's a private party you cannot enter. I was about thrown off, as the young man at reception had given us drinks vouchers for the bar and had not mentioned that there would be a function on and that we could not go in? Was a bit disappointed to say the least in the lack of communication and was disheartened we didn't get to use the bar as that was what had made us book.
