Liked: Great place in the centre of Hull. Clean, comfortable and with a great bar.
Disliked: There is never enough water in the rooms.

Good hotel for the price

Liked: Staff were friendly and helpful on arrival, room was clean and had what we needed.
Disliked: Having to pay for parking at a hotel is very odd, £12 overnight parking charge seems a lot especially for a nice hotel. The beds were also a little lumpy and uncomfortable but we may just not be used to spring mattresses.

Won’t be stopping again

Disliked: The fact on your website it States it’s a FREE buffet style breakfast! Yet when I came down to eat I was told it’s £17.50 absolutely unacceptable and not value for money.
