Liked: Nice and courteous staffs. good ambience but I'm yet to receive my deposit/money taken from me account.
Disliked: The un-announced removal of 50GBP from my account without my consent. The money is yet to be returned (3rd working day of departure).

Liked: Local and ideally placed for what I required
Disliked: The noise from the pipe work, constant buzzing through the night which kept you awake. When reported to reception staff they didn’t seem interested

Great except for the useless...

Liked: Everything except for the good night’s sleep I needed. The staff were the friendliest bunch out of any Hilton I’ve ever stayed at. Lovely place to be. Breakfast was spectacular as always.
Disliked: The pillows are god awful. They look good but then disappear into a sheet of paper when you put any weight on them. Hardly got any sleep. Reception kindly sent up some slightly firmer ones but they still didn’t offer enough comfort.

Liked: The breakfast was enjoyable although I was distracted by a gready women.I wanted an omelette and it came just right and tasty
Disliked: Where the dining room was situated. You felt you were being hidden away.

Liked: The location was fine and breakfast was lovely
Disliked: They need to be more clearer on what to expect to be paying on arrival where they took a £50 holding fee from my card incase any room service was used.. promising the holding fee is returned instantly on departure and it's clearly not.. very poor Information.

Liked: It was where my nieces reception was so very convenient to stay there. Parking was good if a little expensive
Disliked: Breakfast tea bags made very weak tea , Yorkshire is known for better quality tea than that !
