Liked: The hotel was comfortable and well located. The staff were uniformly helpful from the lady at reception offering me directions to the old town to the bar man having a casual conversation about my stay in Hull. I slept very well. The breakfast was well cooked. A very enjoyable stay and would definitely stay again.

Liked: Very roomy bed and comfortable. Large room. Ideal central location and lovely happy staff.
Disliked: The lighting was confusing. Literally switches everywhere. I’ve never stayed at a hotel that doesn’t offer at least one bottle of water in the room. The price of the water was crazy.

Overall a nice hotel and...

Liked: Comfortable room, good size and well set out for assisted needs. Breakfast was a buffet style with a good selection of hot and cold dishes. Staff were very helpful. Excellent Sunday lunch.
Disliked: Space at the buffet was a little tight for a wheelchair/mobility scooter. Access to the hotel from the car park was poor especially if raining.
