Liked: The location is great when you are visiting a person in the hospital. The room was very clean. They allowed my pet. There are places to eat within walking distance.
Disliked: I was not aware that there was a charge per day for parking until I got an email with the bill after my stay. I should have been told this when I checked in. My room had no phone. We reported it twice. Only customers who upgraded their room got breakfast
