Disliked: First thing when we got there we get hit with a deposit fee which wasn’t stated at all!! Then I paid for parking and it didn’t print my ticket so I had to double pay for parking!!! The AC unit in our room didn’t work properly at all. The hot water in our shower was cold. It wouldn’t get hot at all! The outlets in the wall next to the bed would work at all! The TV channels would signal in and out!! The room literally had three lights and barely had any lighting at all!! No over head lighting or anything and the lamps were very very dim! I can’t believe I paid so much to stay for what I did!! I cannot believe Hilton has gone to this!!
