Disappointed and horrified

Liked: Close to train station Great food when the dining room is openStaff yelling at each other all over the hotelStaff was helpful at some point
Disliked: Filthy dirty computers were down waited an hour to check in. Police banging on the door across the hall from my room and woke me up at 2 amAir conditioning leak in the front foyer near snacks and beverages

Clean hote with bad service

Liked: Good clean and big
Disliked: No room service and they are not atall responsive. I asked for extra towels and they never show up. I visited their front desk and even informed and no response. Horrible horrible service . If you expect good service Skip this
