This was the worst hotel we ever stayed at - the air conditioning did not work and we asked 3 different times and no one came to fix it. It was 85 in the room - plus the toilet did not flush. Absolutely not worth the money I spent....very very very disappointed and was not even offered a refund or a free night. Terrible customer service.

Liked: I enjoyed the on-site restaurant. The facilities are very clean and the staff was very pleasant. The place smelled amazing. The beds were very comfortable and the room was a nice size
Disliked: Paying for parking. The elevator is extremely hot. It's uncomfortable being in there with a group of people.

Liked: I was very disappointed with my room – it looked nothing like the photos. The room was extremely dark, with very old and worn-out furniture. The windows were incredibly dirty, and the bathroom was not clean at all. There was also a strong musty smell in the room, which made it very uncomfortable. I ended up canceling my stay and will never come back to this hotel.
