Liked: Friendly staff, clean rooms, super comfy beds

This was the worst hotel we ever stayed at - the air conditioning did not work and we asked 3 different times and no one came to fix it. It was 85 in the room - plus the toilet did not flush. Absolutely not worth the money I spent....very very very disappointed and was not even offered a refund or a free night. Terrible customer service.

Liked: Staff are excellent. Beds comfortable.
Disliked: Restaurant had limited menu. Mostly bar food. Some towels were rough. Need to cull those out and replace with softer ones. Phone in room 605 was dead. Need working phone. I had to use my cell to call front desk. Light on desk did not work

Liked: Room was good. Check-in was particularly welcoming by Christian who corrected the wrong cancellation done completely without fuss, added me as a HH member (somehow thought I was already) efficiently, and cheerfully passed on a free breakfast set which I spun on the lucky wheel, so yes a very delightful stay indeed. Room was clean and per description. Thank you.
Disliked: Slightly dated, compared to most of the Hiltons in Asia.

Parking is a ripoff and...
