Liked: Friendly staff, clean rooms, super comfy beds

This was the worst hotel we ever stayed at - the air conditioning did not work and we asked 3 different times and no one came to fix it. It was 85 in the room - plus the toilet did not flush. Absolutely not worth the money I spent....very very very disappointed and was not even offered a refund or a free night. Terrible customer service.

Liked: The staff was very friendly and courteous.
Disliked: The room was clean and overall very nice. However, the bed was worn with body impressions on both sides. It lacked support and was uncomfortable.

My home away from home!

Liked: Always, it’s the staff. They always make me feel at home and welcomed. I can’t say enough about my tender of bar, Ken. As well as the front desk personal. Everyone there is just lovely.
Disliked: Some rooms have a little bit of a roach issue but I am seeing less of that my last 2 visits. Still a great property. The only other issue is the price to stay here now has gone up quite a bit.

Disappointing

Liked: Location and price
Disliked: Paying for parking when I had a hotel reservation. Bathroom toilet sometimes didn’t flush right, bed was uncomfortable. Pillows were lumpy. The whole Tim needed updating

Dirty and dangerous

Liked: Very close to the convention center
Disliked: I got trapped inside my room because the internal latch stopped working. Was told that maintenance wouldn’t be in for another hour. After about 10-15 minutes the door finally opened. Had to get ready with the safety latch holding the door open. Thank god there wasn’t an emergency. Don’t know if repairmen came to fix it, we ended up changing rooms due to concerns for safety. It smelled of mold and humidity. The rooms/bathrooms were not clean. Towels had holes in them.
