Liked: Friendly staff, clean rooms, super comfy beds

This was the worst hotel we ever stayed at - the air conditioning did not work and we asked 3 different times and no one came to fix it. It was 85 in the room - plus the toilet did not flush. Absolutely not worth the money I spent....very very very disappointed and was not even offered a refund or a free night. Terrible customer service.

Disliked: I couldn’t believe they changed extra for the breakfast, considering the room was already way overpriced.I left a brand new pair of shoes there. I called 4 times they kept saying they would look and call me back and never did. Someone that worked there obviously kept them

Don't book with booking.com. There...

Liked: The servants were no problem. They didn't need to clean our rooms because we were. Lean on our own. Our items remained safe in the hotel with no fear of anyone stealing anything. They provided good service as to people but not amenities.
Disliked: I didn't like that there were no kitchens or microwaves in any of the hotel rooms like suggested. There was a fridge behind a small cabinet that was broken. The hinges on the cabinet doors were completely loose.There wasn't a smart TV anywhere in the hotel. It was a regular TV with a remote that only turned on and off; the volume button worked, and the last thing was it only went up and down in channels, you could not press any numbers to jump or go to menu to see the Guide or anything for that matter.You had to pay for paking, when parking was told it was included.You have to pay for breakfast when we were told breakfast was included. We were also told breakfast is extremely high compared to outside restaurants.

Liked: Very clean & the staff is extremely outgoing and friendly. I had a minor issue w/ my room with the AC. they didn't hesitate to switch my room and of course the cookies check in are Great!!! I highly recommened this hotel!!!

Liked: Check in and out was easy. Staff was friendly and helpful. Location was convenient.
Disliked: They don't offer complementary coffee in the lobby in the morning. The rooms and decor are dated/old. The parking fees.

Liked: Front desk Employee Tatiana was wonderful. From my early check in and check out process she was extremely efficient. Easy check in process, clean room, and easily accessible amenities.
Disliked: The woman that is possibly manager/ assistant manager was extremely abrasive and rude, not acknowledging and quite frankly ignoring guests. Her ego was distasteful. However so glad that Tatiana was able to jump in and assist.

Liked: Excellent location to the airport. Hugh bed and room. Everything above 10. The cookies were magnificent. Didn't hear outside noise.
Disliked: Loved everything!!!!!
