Our one night stay was...

Liked: We booked this room literally in the last minute when our flight was cancelled due to bad weather. Doubletree provided us a clean and comfortable room and wonderful service. All the staff were professional and helpful. The front desk staff was welcoming and caring, the restaurant staff were very accommodating and the food was delicious.. The shuttle service and bell hop provided outstanding assistance getting us to and from the airport .
Disliked: There was not anything that I didn’t like .

Liked: Really enjoyed the ease of location.
Disliked: There market place's oven was broken so there weren't many options for a quick meal within the hotel.

Spacious and Clean Rooms

Liked: Loved the linens and the bathroom. I had a King Suite that separates the living area from the bedroom. Would be great for a vacation. Great location, though. Minutes from the Airport.
Disliked: Going from the lower lobby to the upper lobby to check in. It was somewhat annoying that the shuttle does not start until 5. I had a 6 o'clock flight.

High accidental fees. Parking awful.

Disliked: Parking was awful.... There are not enough spaces in the parking garage. Parking fees. I think if u are a guest of the hotel, parking should be included in the room rate. I think 200.00 accidental fees are too much. The room didn't have enough electrical plugs.

Liked: location was perfect we walked managed to find an easy route to the national zoo and the hotel was round the corner from my fav spot chick-fil-a
