Convenient location with pleasant staff

Liked: Great location. The staff was very cooperative.
Disliked: No breakfast or free parking. The front desk said I could park until 6 pm but I had to pay $25 to get my car out of the lot. The room is in need of updating and repairs.

Awful experience

Liked: I recently stayed and unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. From the moment I arrived, the customer service was subpar. I had to wait an unusually long time to get my room keys. Over an hour, which made me late for our dinner reservations. As for the food, it was a significant letdown. The breakfast buffet was nothing to write home about either; it lacked variety and freshness. Service was slow.Overall, the combination of awful customer service and poor food made my stay uncomfortable and unenjoyable. I would not recommend DoubleTree to anyone looking for a pleasant hotel experience. There are far better options available that prioritize their guests' needs and provide quality.

Not anywhere near what I...

Liked: The location was great and the rooftop bar was nice.
Disliked: We were in line to check-in for a hour around 4:00pm. Ended up getting out of line so we didn't miss our show. Then after the show there was still a long line. Waited another 20-30 minutes. Also, our bathroom had mold and hair in it when we arrived.

Very long check in

Liked: We arrived at 4:00 (checkin is 3:00) and there was a line of at least 40 people trying to check in. There was only one lady at the front desk. We had an event we had to leave for at 6:00 so I had to get ready in the lobby along with 10 other ladies. My husband was in line for and hour and a half and was told there was no clean rooms ready and we would have to be checked in after our event..Fine we arrive back to the hotel at 9:45 the line again is out the door people trying to still check in. Luckily our room was finally ready at 10:00PM. Six hours after we got to the hotel originally. Got to our room to lay down relax and watch tv but noticed we had an LG tv and a Samsung remote. I will say Lori kaye got engineering to our room to fix this problem quickly. We were in the room next to the only working elevator and it was loud so if you can ask for a room away from the elevator. Unfortunately we won’t be staying here again even with the great location.

Liked: The staff and especially valet were awesome.
Disliked: Bathroom was ok. Some mold. Shower curtain definitely needs replaced. Big gap below the front door.
