Liked: Room could of been little cleaner. Hair on shower walls and comforter was nasty. Other than that hotel wasn't bad. staff was awesome hotel is beautiful, cookies are amazing are nice upon arrival. Pool n spa are nice

Liked: Bed was comfortable; temperature control in room was good
Disliked: View over top of ballroom; bathroom small; ripped curtain; old fixtures in bath; no breakfast included

Liked: Location convenient to Carrier Circle, hub of East Syracuse.
Disliked: No microwave oven in room. Refrigerator froze everything in it. Carpet constantly wet around bathroom door and wall. Hotel restaurant prices very high. Beds were small.

Comfortable safe hotel near the...

Liked: We were a last minute booking as our flight was redirected. They got us in late at night and let us sleep in in the morning.
Disliked: The breakfast finished at 9:30 am and the hotel seemed to turn to the event in the conference rooms. We were three hours off from the West coast so we were looking for a bit of flexibility. We did get a late check out but minimal.

Very satisfactory!

Liked: Convenient location, great facilities and good restaurant it turns out.
